At Build People, my mission is to source and secure top talent within the building industry, connecting them with carefully selected employers. I have a particular passion for recruiting in the specification market.

With eight years of experience in New Zealand's building sector, I've worked in sales roles across both residential and commercial markets. Including Architectural Sales. Now, I’m thrilled to be on the recruitment side at Build People, helping top-tier sales professionals in the building industry find opportunities where they can thrive and grow.

When working with clients, my goal is to make the recruitment process seamless. I take great pride in presenting a shortlist of candidates that makes the hiring decision challenging. If you want to hire all my candidates, I know I've done my job well!

I am a proud mum to a beautiful boy and a self-confessed petrolhead. Most weekends during racing season, you'll find us at the racetrack, playing pit crew for my partner’s methanol-fuelled 8-second drag car, or simply enjoying watching others getting out there and giving it a go. This year, I've also become a 'rugby mum', trading in my heels for boots and cheering from the sidelines – and perhaps enjoying a couple of cheeky beers in the club rooms too! During the summer months, we love escaping to our little slice of paradise in Coromandel (I know, such typical Aucklanders) and soaking up the sunshine at the beach
