I am the go-to recruiter for a wide range of sales and marketing roles within the building industry – with a keen interest in the supplier space and working with businesses with a sustainability focus.

My time in support recruitment has made me well-equipped in understanding the unique culture and skill requirements of each client's business and what they’re trying to achieve. Paired with my sustainability major, I provide a unique solution – ensuring clients have the right people and resources in place to run their business sustainably.

The extra effort  I put into learning and understanding a client, in fact it’s my competitive edge! I have a personal and hands-on approach to recruitment and place a lot of value on investing time into my clients and candidates; constantly providing support and consultation, ensuring everyone is kept up to date throughout the process. I also just love the satisfaction that comes from sourcing a niche candidate background to fill those tricky “unicorn” type roles.

To put it simply, I’m a bit of a lad at heart, either in the crowd or at the pub for any rugby or league game. I’m well into sport of my own too – I play netball all year round and recently completed my first ever Half Marathon in a sub-2-hour time! Over the summer months, I shoot down to my bach in Whangamata and bounce between going out for a surf or hooning around the bay on the jet skis.
